A Spanish couple entering porta-johns in Sinatra Park: Woman (roughly translated from the Spanish): It smells like shit! Man: (even more roughly translated from the Spanish): Were you expecting a Picasso painting?

Middle-aged. Nah, but I think I heard him say, "Mi merde casa no es su merde casa."
so 'si, porque todas las casas de mierda no son iguales' might roughly translate to "Let's head up to the Metropolitan Museum of Art?"
